We provide comprehensive 'fixed price' quotes to give you price certainty, or 'cost plus' quotes to give you full transparency and flexibility. Yes. We can guide you through the design process from concept to final plans. Whether you already have plans or need help starting from scratch, we work with you to create a home that suits your lifestyle, budget, and land. We are happy to have you involved every step of the way, or you can give us an overall concept, and let us bring it to life while you sit back and relax.
Can you build on a sloping or difficult site?
Yes. We have experience building on a range of site types, including sloping, narrow, and challenging sections. We assess your land carefully and recommend the best building solution to maximise your site’s potential.
How do you keep me updated during the build?
Communication is a key part of our process. You will be connected into your own customer portal with access to all the key information. We email out progress report updates and photos at the end of every week!
